We receive thousands of visitors to our site each week, all of whom are looking for luxury accommodation to rent. We can offer our clients the options of checking your villa's availability and booking online. In order to attract clients to your villa we need a FULL AND COMPLETE description of the villa, CLEAR and REVEALING pictures of the villa(inside and outside) and the surroundings. You will also need to send us via email or post, some pictures of the villa so we can view them and decide if we will accept your villa. If your villa is accepted we will require you to send us original photographs in the mail so we can scan and format them to suit the requirements of our site, or send us images via email sized to the specifications we require. You will be expected to keep us up-to-date with the availability of the villa as the availability changes. The more accurate and complete your information (decriptions and photo's)
and availability are, the more likely you are to rent your property. We will provide you with a user name and password that will allow you access to your villa online and give you the facility to update your villa's availability. Villa Getaways Ltd. works on a commission basis. The exact amount of commission will be finalized prior to your villa being added to our site.
